Part of Atelier Emine’s Crystal Gelato Couture series, Ricotta Baby is a timeless and refined mini bag design, crafted entirely by hand by weaving 8 mm optical grade crystal beads with high-strength fishing lines.
Crystal beads are woven one by one to achieve a homogeneous surface texture; the body is structured in a cylindrical form to create a balanced structure that can support itself. The density of the crystal weave supports the integrity of the bag's form and aesthetic continuity.
The model features a crystal woven shoulder strap integrated with the body. The fixed length strap is optimized to offer a comfortable and balanced carrying experience on the shoulder.
The flap located at the top is designed to maintain the uninterrupted continuity of the crystal weave; an open-flap structure that closes with natural weight balance without a closure mechanism is preferred.
The inner structure of the body is reinforced with industrial supportive materials to maintain the long-term form stability of the crystal weave.
