Terms of Guarantee, Refund, and Delivery

Guarantee, Return and Delivery Terms

You need to send the product you want to return or exchange (excluding non-returnable products) along with its invoice to our contact address. Necessary information regarding the return or exchange process will be provided to the contact addresses in your membership.

Delivery

Your orders will be dispatched within 1-5 days if the products are in stock. You will definitely be informed regarding products that are out of stock. For special request products, delivery information is provided at the end of the order. No shipping is done on weekends and public holidays. You can track the order stages in the My Orders section of the My Account section. 

Warranty Conditions:

All products sold on our site are under the guarantee of the manufacturers, and their conditions are valid.

Withdrawal:

You can return the product you purchased within (14) days from the date of delivery without opening its package, using it, or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please inform us by sending a message to [email protected] indicating your reason for return, invoice number, and order number. Based on the information you provide, our company will initiate the return procedure and inform you about how to return the product. In the return process, any materials, invoices, and accessories that came with the product must be returned. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.

Damaged Products During Transportation

Products damaged during transportation should not be accepted and a damage report should be filed with the shipping company. Products should not be returned due to minor dents on the box or packaging that do not damage the product. The delivery firm is deemed to have performed its duty properly for packages received by you. Please ensure the product you detect to have damage during transportation is returned to us with the damage report issued by the cargo officer.

Defective Products

If you detect any defect or flaw after receiving the product, please inform us by sending a message to [email protected]. If a return or exchange is necessary, the necessary procedure will be communicated to you.

After the necessary inspection, the product will be replaced and delivered to you. Please note that damage arising from usage will not be considered.

Important Reminder: Due to hygiene, it is not possible to return or exchange innerwear (Underwear, Fantasy Nightwear, Corset, Stockings, Products with Silicone or Adhesive) products unless they are unopened or untried.
