Short and Technical Product Description
Part of Atelier Emine's Crystal Gelato Couture series, Melo Caramello is a premium mini bag model handcrafted in half-moon shape by knitting 8 mm optical grade crystal beads with high strength fishing line.
The crystal beads are individually processed in an intense and symmetrical knitting pattern to create a high light refraction and depth effect on the surface. The body is structured in a half-circle form to ensure both aesthetic flow and structural balance.
The flap located at the top section of the model is designed to preserve the continuity of the integrated crystal knitting with the body; the flap line is created with precise tolerances following the natural curve of the form.
The bag is designed to be carried by hand, without the use of a handle, chain, or strap. Its compact and balanced structure is optimized for use in a clutch form.
The inner structure of the body is reinforced with industrial supportive materials to maintain long-term form stability of the crystal knitting. Melo Caramello is one of the strong-character pieces of the Crystal Gelato Couture collection with its sculptural form, high craftsmanship density, and minimal usage language.
