Wool roving is a byproduct obtained during the processing of wool. It consists of thick and stiff fibers obtained after the combing or carding process of wool fiber to make it smooth. These fibers are generally shorter and thicker fibers and include separated wool hairs in the wool production process. Wool roving can be used in carpet making, production of woolen fabrics, and manufacturing of handmade wool products. Additionally, wool roving can also be used as a filling material in products like toys, cushions, and pillows due to its dense structure and good filling properties.
