Practical Leaf Rolling Machine Usage: Set the adjustment knob to the desired position according to the size you want to roll. When the adjustment knob is at 1, it rolls thick, at 2 medium, and at 3 thin. Drop a few drops of oil on the belt and spread it. Place the machine on a flat surface with the lower side facing you. Place the leaf onto the belt from its stem part, centering it at the base of the machine. Make sure the leaf fits well into the base with the help of your fingers, that the parts hanging over the sides do not fold over and touch the side walls of the machine. Place the filling at the bottom of the leaf according to the thickness of the dolma you want to make. Use 1.5 tablespoons for thick, 1 tablespoon for medium, and ½ tablespoon for thin. You can find this amount by trial. Finally, push the lever forward. The sarmas will fall from the machine ready to eat. Before placing a new leaf, press lightly with your finger at the base of the belt to ensure it is taut. Your dolmas are ready, enjoy your meal.
Practical Leaf Rolling Machine Cleaning: Wipe with a soapy cloth and rinse with water.
Dry the product before storing. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
