With this machine, you can make both noodles and straight spaghetti. It consists of a thin spaghetti pasta cutter, thick spaghetti pasta cutter, and a thinning roller. With the thin spaghetti cutters, you can prepare spaghetti-type pasta with a thickness of 1.5 mm. With the thick spaghetti cutters, you can make thick spaghetti-noodles with a thickness of 6 mm. The rollers, made of stainless steel, are 15 cm wide. The roller can also be used for dough thinning. It has a dual-sided use of flat roller and spaghetti. Use a special clamp to fix the machine to the table and place the lever into the cylinder’s hole. When using the machine for the first time, clean it with a dry cloth to remove any excess oil. For cleaning the cylinders, pass a small amount of dough through them which should be discarded later. The roller and cutters are fixed.
Machine Maintenance After use, remove dough residues with a wooden spatula. During use, occasionally clean the scrapers under the smooth cylinders with a piece of kitchen paper. Never wash the machine with water or in the dishwasher! Use a brush and a wooden stick to clean the machine after use. If necessary, apply a few drops of lubricant oil to the ends of the cutting cylinders. Do not pass knives or kitchen cloths through the cylinders.
