Sparklers lit with another sparkler ignite almost instantly, and hands remain well behind the burning tips.
Sparklers are typically gray in color but can be lightly spray-painted to any color you desire. Be sure to choose a quality spray paint and use a light, even coat. Always test a sample before the big event to avoid unnecessary surprises!
